Exchange and Return Policy

At Etoiles, your satisfaction is our top priority. If the dress is not what you expected, we are here to assist you according to the following terms:

Due to the delicate nature of our products (evening and occasion wear), we regret to inform you that we do not offer returns (refunds). However, we are happy to exchange your selection for another piece that suits your elegance.


Exchange Conditions

You may request an exchange within one day (24 hours) of receiving your order, provided that:


- The dress is in its original condition, unused, and includes all accessories/tags.

- The dress is completely free of any marks (makeup, perfume, or deodorant stains).


- The item is shipped back in its original packaging to ensure its safety during transit.


⚠️ Non-Exchangeable Cases:

- Dresses that have been altered (shortened or narrowed) based on your request.

- Items purchased during final clearance or major sale periods.

- Requests made after the allowed timeframe (exceeding 24 hours).


Shipping Fees

Exchanges based on customer preference: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the delivery fees for the new item.

In case of a manufacturing defect: Etoiles Store will cover all shipping costs and replace the item immediately.


How to Request an Exchange?

Simply contact our customer service team via WhatsApp. Please provide your order number and the replacement piece you desire. We will coordinate the pickup and delivery process with you as quickly as possible.
